Who is John?

John is a dessert-focused restaurant in Tokyo, renowned for its distinctive "Journey of the Taste" concept. Since opening in February 2022 in Uguisudani, John has been celebrated for its unique approach to exploring and creating exceptional flavors and techniques.

Meet the Creator

Masataka Yoshimura
Masataka Yoshimura, born in Osaka, Japan, began his dessert journey at Tsuji Confectionery College. With experience from Monsieur Makino and Patisserie Liberté, his vision shines through John. Now, his unique "Journey of the Taste" is featured in this exclusive collaboration in New York City.

Price: $120 per person plus tax (gratuity included)

Dates: Available only on 9/28 (Sat.) and 9/29 (Sun.)
